What to expect
Whether you’re feeling busy and overwhelmed, or you want to start eating better, or you just want to explore new cuisine, our weekly meal prepping service is a great way to encourage healthier habits, reduce stress, and give you more free time.
You’ll have an initial consultation with Chef Maggie to discuss preferences and dietary restrictions, and your menu for the next two weeks will be sent to you for review and approval. All high quality, fresh ingredients will be brought . Chef will prepare your choice of two or four servings of three or more meals for the week, and you’ll receive detailed instructions for reheating and serving your meals.

We will discuss preferences and dietary restrictions. Two week’s worth of meal suggestions will be sent to you for review and approval.

Grocery Shopping
We source high quality, fresh, and seasonal ingredients for each meal. Add-on services include grocery shopping for breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

Cooking and prepping
In most circumstances, Chef Maggie will prepare meals in your home at the beginning of each week. You can also request for meals to be delivered.

Prepped And Ready
The most requested option is 2 or 4 servings of three meals weekly, but you can always request more. We book meal prep services two weeks at a time.

You’ll be provided with detailed instructions on how to perfectly reheat and serve your freshly prepared meals, and all that’s left to do is enjoy!
